The Race to Robie Creek which has made this path popular features just over a 13-mile race from Old Fort Boise over Aldape Summit at 4,734 feet above sea level.
The land itself here is rugged and beautiful, made up primarily of tall pines and spruce. Perfectly situated between Boise and Idaho City this route served as the old stagecoach road in the late 1800s.
