The land itself here is rugged and beautiful, made up primarily of tall pines and spruce. Perfectly situated between Boise and Idaho City this route served as the old stagecoach road in the late 1800s.
The park at Robie Creek landing is the finish line for the famous race and a great place to spend the day! This park offers a large open lawn for plenty of play, as well as picnic areas, swimming, and a boat ramp to get into the water.
